The Green House in Tuscany
Green House, or Casa Verde in Italian, is a charming place located on a hillside in the village of Montescudaio in Tuscany, just 15 minutes from the Etruscan Coast. The house is surrounded by greenery, nestled in a large garden, and bordered by an olive grove gently descending toward the sea. It is a true oasis of peace, an ideal spot for those wishing to escape the noise and stress of the city. Evenings here delight with picturesque sunsets accompanied by the sounds of cicadas and birds.
Each apartment has a private entrance, a living area with a fully equipped kitchen and dining table, a bathroom with a shower, one bedroom with a double bed, and an additional sleeping area in the living room, accommodating up to 3 people plus an optional extra bed.
The windows have mosquito screens, and the bedrooms are equipped with ceiling fans and a TV.
Guests have access to a swimming pool (9 m x 4 m x 130 cm) with sun loungers and umbrellas, a barbecue area, and gazebos with tables for outdoor dining. In addition to the Green House, there are three independent cottages on the property.

Although Casa Verde lies in a peaceful location, the nearest town of Montescudaio is only a 10-minute walk away. There you’ll find small local shops, bars, and a weekly market.
At the entrance to the property, you’ll find one of the area’s best-known local restaurants: Osteria Bardovino.
From Montescudaio, you can easily reach the beautiful, pine-fringed beaches of the Etruscan Coast—Cecina (15 minutes), San Vincenzo and the Gulf of Baratti (about 30 minutes), the white beaches of Vada, or the rocky Livorno coast.
